Do you offer pickup services across India?
Yes. We coordinate secure pickup from metropolitan and regional locations throughout India.
What information do I need to schedule a pickup?
A simple asset list, address, contact person, and preferred date/time.
Is there a minimum quantity required?
Yes, business pickups require minimum quantity/value. Smaller volumes may qualify for drop-off/ship-in.
Do you help with packing and onsite handling?
Yes — we offer packing, labeling, palletizing, and safe asset movement.
Data Destruction & Security
How do you ensure data is permanently removed?
We use certified sanitization tools including NIST-compliant software erasure, cryptographic wipe, and physical destruction.
Do you issue certificates of data destruction?
Yes — certificates are provided for each serialized data-bearing device.
Can you destroy data onsite at our location?
Yes. Onsite erasure and drive shredding can be arranged for high-security environments.
Which devices can be sanitized?
HDDs, SSDs, NVMe, RAID storage, servers, laptops, desktops, POS systems, and industrial controllers.
Recycling & Sustainability
What happens to equipment that cannot be reused?
Items beyond refurbishment are processed responsibly through certified e-waste recycling partners.
Do you provide environmental or ESG reports?
Yes — including material recovery details, diversion metrics, and CO₂ reduction estimates.
Do you export e-waste?
No. We follow ethical recycling standards and use verified local downstream partners.

How do you calculate buyback value?
Based on model, age, condition, working status, market demand, and quantity.
Do you buy old IT equipment in bulk?
Yes — bulk IT buyback is one of our core services.
When do I receive payment?
Payment is released after testing, grading, and final valuation, along with an itemized report.
